Accuracy and Limitations

Every report displays the rules version and verification date used to generate it. Verify this against current official guidance.

ArcanTax currently provides calculation rules for: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and Australia. Reports for other countries are not supported. Using this tool for unsupported jurisdictions is at your own risk.
Payments and Access
Access is granted via a cryptographic token issued upon payment confirmation. Tokens are non-transferable and intended for individual use. ArcanTax reserves the right to invalidate tokens used in violation of these terms. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prohibited Uses
Using the Service to generate fraudulent tax reports
Automated scraping or bulk processing beyond normal individual use
Reselling access tokens or reports on behalf of others commercially without authorization
Attempting to circumvent security measures or reverse-engineer the Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ArcanTax does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The entire risk of using ArcanTax outputs lies with you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcanTax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to tax penalties, interest, or professional fees arising from reliance on generated reports.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by your jurisdiction.
